Identification of ALK1 ligand: BMP9 a new biomarker of angiogenesis?


Researchers at our laboratory show for the first time that BMP9 and BMP10 inhibit the migration and proliferation of endothelial cells. They propose a transduction model of ALK1 signal. Studies realized by those researchers could be particularly interesting in the development and monitoring of anti-angiogenic therapies.​​
