Metastasis trap: Mimicking cancer cell metastasis to the bone.
Microfluidic device comprising 2 chambers that are connected to a pump to perfuse the cells. Chamber 1 contains a tumoroid/spheroid. Chamber 2 contains the metastatic niche, in this case the bone. A third channel allows the injection of anti-metastatic treatments.
