Delphine Ciais - Best poster at the 3rd Congress of the French Society of Angiogenesis

Delphine Ciais, a researcher at our laboratory won the prize for the best poster for her work entitled "A novel function as a regulator of Tis11b/BRF1 of Dll4 mRNA 3'-end processing" at the 3rd Congress of the French Society of angiogenesis held in Bordeaux October 9-11, 2011.

Published on 28 January 2012
Delphine was honored for her work on the role of the protein Tis11b/BRF1 that she had previously identified as a regulator of a factor involved in the formation of blood vessels (VEGF). In this work, she identifies Dll4, another regulator of this process, as a new target of Tis11b. The multi-target activity of Tis11b represents a particularly interesting therapeutic way to fight against the formation of tumor blood vessels.
